Chef Paul is Head Chef and Owner of Indulge Natural and Organic Kitchen.  He uses ingredients that are local, seasonal and chemical-free whenever possible, to put a new twist on traditional dishes.  Paul graduated from Stratford Chef School and has 7 years experience in professional kitchens in Muskoka, Toronto and London.

  • "Bacon and Eggs" Braised pork belly, poached quail egg, organic greens with a grilled tomato vinaigrette.
  • "Fish and Chips" Rainbow Trout, potato croquette and parsley 2 ways.
  • "Spaghetti and Meat Balls" Braised beef cheeks, butter poached lobster and Pappardelle pasta.
  • "P. B and J" Chocolate peanut butter brittle, avacado mousse and strawberry sorbet.
