Natasha Frank

Local chef Natasha Frank is a George Brown Chef School Graduate, receiving her Blue Seal Provincial papers in 1998.  A Stratford native, Natasha had the fantastic opportunity to work in such restaurants as the Old Prune Restaurant, Keystone Alley Cafe and the Sunroom.  It was working in these kitchens that Natasha learned about the 100 mile diet, long before it was coined that title.  After obtaining her Chef's Papers, Natasha developed a successful wedding cake and catering business called "Sweet Moment".  Now many wedding cakes and a decade later, Natasha still finds great pleasure cooking for others.

Sample Menu:
  • Open faced smoked salmon and avacado bites featuring fresh locally made smoked salmon atop sourdough toasts and garnished with a light and zesty avacado salsa.
  • Refreshing fennel, watercress and toasted pine nut salad, served with thinly sliced prosciutto and served with a light mandarin balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Local beef tenderloin steak, served medium rare.  Paired with goat's cheese and herbed potato cake and drizzled with a Port shallot reduction.
  • Chocolate pecan Bourboin tarte, served with organic vanilla bean ice cream.
